have you ever considered selling your house yourself? Some people do it. It cuts out the estate agent fees but then adds a whole lot of stress on to you. How will you go about selling your home on your own? Well, some people have followed the following options:

I once worked with a lady who bought a run-down old building in the South of France and decided to renovate it over a period of years, then sell her own home and move over to France permanently.
